Claudio was so amazing. I called to cancel a renewal of a subscription and I asked if I could come back at another time. He was very professional. He took care of the cancellation and assured me I could come back in the future. He did not try to browbeat me to stay. I appreciate him and Weiss. I would definitely recommend this company for their excellence and professionalism. Every dime you spend is well worth it.

Janine did a great job arranging my refund, and removing me from marketing emails.

My onboarding specialist, Kevin Conde, got me up and running with ease. There is a lot to digest and he made it easy for me to get up to speed. He graciously allowed me to interrupt him several times to ask questions. He instilled in me a sense of confidence in the Weiss organization and specifically the Weiss Partners Circle Membership program. I feel very comfortable knowing that their is a dedicated service team should I have any questions or issues.

RJ listens to my problem then explains step by step the resolution. I need more instructions than most of the crypto investors because I lack the knowledge of crypto. That is the reason I joined Weiss Ratings. My suggestion to make it easier to follow the step by step instructions is to havel someone who knows very little about the new investment do a test run to see where the snags are.
