I am a junk food junkie.
I am a junk food junkie and with take the medicine I don't have those cravings as much and if I give in to them I may have 10french fries instead of a super size fry and eat a double cheeseburger w/o the bun and only eat have... In 5 months I've lost 35lbs I'm a OTE Truck driver and don't do a lot of physical labor or walking or I am positive the I would have dropped more.
