I started about two months ago and have lost 20lbs.

I appreciate the appetite control feature very much. I like that I get full faster and eat much less. I do not crave desserts nearly as much. I still think of making them but do not act upon it; i.e. the desire goes away faster. The weight loss is very slow but is working ! I am unable to do hard and fast exercises because I have a lower leg and feet disability due to Guillain-Barre Snydrome. But I do senior hula and try to take short walks daily.

Great so far. Waiting for first refill now. Lost 12 pounds in 8 weeks !!! Happy so far!!!

Easy to administer, instructions are clear and not painful at all. Side effects are manageable, the scale doesn't really see any change but others can kind of see a difference on the outside so I remain hopeful but it has only been a month.
