Was not aware of increased pricing with increased dosage after 3 months

All was great out of the gate. I signed for a year of treatment in February 2026. My GLP-1 was running low in mid March. I filled out refill requests (3 times now) with ZERO response. I called the provided customer service number only to be told my concerns would be passed on to the appropriate team member for refills. Still ZERO response! I paid almost 1k for a year of treatment and have only received about 6 weeks of treatment! I feel that this company is a scam. I have asked for a refund.....Crickets!! Do not waste your money or time with this company, it has atrocious customer service!

I am devastated. I have already paid for a year. Every time I request a refill I have to go 2 weeks without medication because they will not answer my emails. The yo-yo effect of going off and on the meds makes me feel bad and is not good for me.

Ella has come to my rescue before and I knew I had help that I could depend on. I had issues with refills of my medication the first time. After filling out refill requests several different times with no results Ella responded to me, called me and we spoke about my difficulties and she took over. In a few hours she had taken care of everything and my meds were on the way the next day. Last week I had gone through all the refill steps. I received a bill because I had requested a higher dose. At this time I didn't want to pay more for my medication and I responded that I didn't want to pay more and that all remaining shipments should be at the lower level. I had submitted the responses last week but by today I still had not heard anything. I didn't want my shots being interrupted because I am doing well. I texted Ella and told her my issue. In a very short period of time I received a message from my physician and a text from Ella telling me everything was taken care of and my medication would be sent. Ella has been a professional, dedicated to going the extra mile for her patients.

Communication is terrible. I've put in for refills and got an email saying I was asking for a higher dose and they needed $200 more. I didn't ask for a higher dose. I asked if I should take a lower dose. Nobody will contact me to help me. I just read some horrible things on the BBB site of people having the same issues.

After receiving my meds I’ve lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks just requested my first refill. I’ve had no side effects from this medication at all. Excited to see how much I’ll lose this month.
