I have been emailing with them with no response for over a month. I tried to get 2nd month of meds and they wanted extra money. I said no and I want my money back. Now over 1 month later I have no meds, no one answering my emails, no refund. I thought meds would be sent automatically. They were not and I don’t see why that isn’t a given. I’m wondering if they are out of business. I wasted over $1000. Save your money and get these meds elsewhere

It was easy to sign up. Easy to communicate with the doctor. Medication arrived quickly. Very easy to get started.

The 1st shipment of the meds arrived quickly. I started the regiment with 2.5mg for 4 wks and then 5mg for 4wks. What I did not realized that the next shipment would not be automatic or that it would be more than requesting the next shipment. I started the request so that it might be directly ship to my location for the next 2 weeks. But I was not able to complete my follow-up before I left home. I returned home completed my review. I also asked for a phone number. I was asked for payment for increased meds and not given a phone number. The communication seems to be AI. I want to talk to a person. The meds have worked well and I would like to continue but I have not received my next shipment. The last email I received was Apr12. The process should be explained with the 1st shipment and the ability to talk with a doctor, nurse or pharmacist.
