I am losing weight that I have tried for over 30 years to lose this is truly amazing. It’s coming off slow but steady so I know I will be able to keep it off. I am so very happy. The doctor is responsive and helpful the whole process was very easy I definitely have recommended it to a few people already and will continue to do so. Best decision I have made.

I liked the convenience of administering the medication at my convenience. I had nausea but was able to manage it. My appetite returned as soon as I ran out of the medicine.

Answer me! I'm trying to get a refill and no response! Is that how you treat a customer? It's always hard to get a refill! I paid for a year and now I pay 99.00 for a refill for a higher dose per month! I am currently at 10 mg. I need to go up! It's finally starting to work.

EDIT: After the initial 3 month supply, I struggled to get my refill. Then, after emailing multiple times & calling, I finally received this email: 'As part of your $997 annual plan, the $99 higher-dose fees were waived for the first three months. You are now entering the next phase, which will be included in your upcoming shipment. Please note that any dose higher than 5 mg incurs a $99 per month fee. Over the next three months, you may choose to titrate up to 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, or 15 mg, or remain at 5 mg for all three months without any additional cost. The total higher-dose fee for the next shipment is $297. These higher-dose fees are separate from your original plan payment. Even at higher doses, this structure keeps your average cost at approximately $157 per month. Once your payment is confirmed, we will submit your request to the doctor for approval and schedule your next shipment. Please let us know how you would like to proceed or if you have any questions about your plan or dosing options. I’m happy to assist further' Needless to say, I am NOT happy. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I was initially given a reasonable price and chose to pay for a full year in advance based on that agreement. However, after only three months, the pricing suddenly changed to an extremely inflated and unreasonable amount without proper justification. When I raised concerns, I was told I would receive a refund. I relied on that assurance and waited for three weeks without placing any additional orders, expecting the refund to be processed. During that time, I specifically held off on purchasing more product because I believed the refund was being handled. Unfortunately, after those three weeks, the supervisor reneged on the refund offer, claiming it had been a mistake and refusing to honor it. This sudden reversal was both frustrating and unfair, especially given that I had made decisions based on their original promise. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and transparency. The supervisor would not honor the initial commitment, refused to take responsibility for the misinformation, and would not allow the issue to be escalated further. I was essentially left with no recourse and stuck in a situation I did not agree to. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. The package came quickly. Instructions were very easy to follow. And very detailed. Starting was easy. I had very very minimal nausea the first day. Very manageable. After that I had no side effects. Have lost 20 lbs in a month so far. I'm due to up my dose today. Couldn't be happier with this company.

The whole process has been pretty easy, the meds come when expected.

The price was good, the medicine really curved my sprite. And I haven't experienced much after effects.. communication with doc and staff is available on line of needed... just waiting to lose these lbs.. thank you
