I paid Weight RX thru Affirm the amount $997 for tirzapetide on December 2025. I got a message in February 2026 that medication was sent. I never received the medication. Fedex sent me a note that the medication was dropped with a picture where the medicine was dropped. I called Fedex right away and told them that the package was not received but by looking at the picture was sent to the wrong house. I was advised to contact WeightRX and asked them to contact them and start a claim. I email them right away. I got a message few weeks later that they sent another prescription to another pharmacy. I didnt receive anything so I decided to cancel the orders. Finally at the end of March I received an order, but by then I was done with them for poor customer service. I received a note from them that I had to paid another $299 for the remaining of my orders. I contact them back that I was waiting for my refund. They sent me back that they were going to send me a credit for $579 I went back and told them that I only received one medication and I need it to get reimburse for the medication I never received. this was in April/May. As of today, I am still waiting for a response, mind you I sent 2 other messages asking for my refund. This is the worst company I ever had to deal with. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service. They brake contracts contracts. Unable to contact them and talk to a real person.

It was easy to get started. The medication arrived quickly. I was billed for the entire year which I wasn't expecting. Hopefully the refills arrive just as quickly.

I've been using Weight RX for 3 months and so far everything has gone smoothly. The pricing is competitive and the results have been amazing!

So far it has been a good experience. The only negative is that the pricing was not transparent. It cost twice the amount that was advertised. But it was still affordable and the medication was still effective

I was loosing weight pretty fast but now it has slowed down I need to bump up my intake but you want to charge me $297 dollars I can’t afford that right now
