Hey Dr. Nellie, Thank you so much for the shout-out! We’re thrilled to hear that the 'Series' feature and our browser-based setup are making your workshops easier to manage. Eliminating technical hurdles for attendees is exactly why we built WebinarNinja the way we did. We appreciate the recommendation! -- WebinarNinja Team

Hi Bruce, Thank you for sharing your thoughts — we appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. At ProProfs, we understand that pricing is an important factor in choosing the right platform. Our goal has always been to provide the best long-term value rather than just the lowest upfront cost — by including reliable hosting, continuous feature updates, and human support that’s available almost around the clock. Over the past year, we’ve made significant improvements to WebinarNinja — refining the experience, strengthening reliability, and adding integrations and automation that many of our customers rely on to grow their business. That said, we regularly review our pricing and plans based on user feedback like yours. If you’d like, we can help you explore a plan that better fits your needs. Please reach out to [email protected], and our customer success managers will be happy to assist. Warm regards, Barry Customer Success Team ProProfs

Hi Rachel, I completely understand how stressful it can be when you need urgent help during a live event, and I’m truly sorry to hear that our response time fell short of expectations. While we are headquartered in California, ProProfs serves a global customer base with near 24/7 live support — our team operates from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. PST and again from 7 p.m. PST onwards, with only a brief break in between. We’ve recently expanded our support coverage further and are improving our internal routing system to make sure critical issues like live-event assistance are prioritized immediately. We appreciate your feedback — it helps us continue to strengthen the reliability of both our platform and our service. Please reach out to [email protected], and we’ll ensure someone from our senior support team follows up with you personally. Warm regards, Julie Customer Success Team ProProfs

Hi Kristen, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we genuinely appreciate it. Your feedback reflects some of the real challenges that existed with WebinarNinja before we acquired it. When ProProfs took ownership lately, we saw both the potential and the areas that needed significant improvement to meet the high standards our customers expect from us. Many of the issues you mentioned — such as email deliverability, co-host invitations, the registration page builder, and the “Add to Calendar” feature — were on our roadmap for modernization. Since then, our team has rolled out multiple updates, followed by further refinements based on user feedback like yours. Today, these features are stable, reliable, and performing to the quality benchmarks we hold across all ProProfs products. At ProProfs, our philosophy is simple: software should make people happy. That means we take every piece of feedback — even the tough ones — as an opportunity to build something smarter. We’d be happy to offer you complimentary access to the latest version so you can see how far the product has come. Please write to us at [email protected], and our team will help you get started right away. Thank you again for your early feedback — it helped shape a stronger, more reliable WebinarNinja for everyone. Warm regards, Barry Customer Success Team ProProfs

Hi Scott, Thank you for your candid feedback — it’s always helpful to hear where the experience can be smoother. We’ve made a number of updates to WebinarNinja’s interface over the past few months aimed at simplifying webinar setup and making navigation more intuitive. These updates were part of a broader usability project that’s been on our roadmap and continues to evolve based on feedback from creators like you. Our mission is to build software that make people happy — to let them focus on their content, not configuration. Your note helps us stay true to that vision, and our product team is continuously refining the workflow to make setup faster and more intuitive. If you’d like, we can walk you through the latest version so you can experience these improvements firsthand. Just drop a note to [email protected], and our team will gladly assist. Warm regards, Dan Customer Success Team ProProfs

Thank you for your review and for being an early user of WebinarNinja. To clarify: Your lifetime deal was a forever-free offer from the original independent company, which later ceased operations. When ProProfs acquired WebinarNinja, we acquired the product & technology but did not assume the prior company's financial obligations, including unlimited free accounts in perpetuity. We kept those accounts fully active at our expense for over a year post-acquisition and then offered all original lifetime users a heavily discounted grandfathered rate to continue using the full platform. This was the fairest and most sustainable approach for our thousands of current customers. We're happy to help you upgrade to the discounted plan—just email [email protected] and mention you're an early lifetime user. We appreciate your understanding and hope to keep serving you. Best regards, The ProProfs Webinar Team
