Hi Dipen, thanks for the detailed feedback. I want to clarify a few things and also own what we got wrong. On subscriber access: WebinarNinja is a webinar technology provider, not a marketing or audience-driving service, so we don't manage subscriber acquisition. That said, all system emails are customizable, and hosts can run their own email campaigns and share the registration or login link directly rather than relying solely on our automated emails. If that wasn't clear during onboarding, that's on us to communicate better, and I'd like to understand exactly where the gap was for you. On the emails landing in spam: If our automated emails are getting flagged, that's a real deliverability issue worth investigating, and I want the specifics so we can check it. On server errors: if you can share dates or error details, our engineering team will look into this directly. On support response time: 5 days is not acceptable.
