I had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Webeyestore several years ago and had some credits on my account due to the problems. I saw that the website was much improved and there were some positive reviews out, so I decided to use the discounts I had to buy new contacts. I was charged $6.95 shipping for 1 box of contacts, and now they are telling me to expect my order next week. That means it took 20 days (or more) to ship from New York to Arkansas?! Absolutely terrible customer service.

I've been dealing with this awful company now since the first week of October when i placed my order for daily lenses, it is now January 5th, 2012. They were back ordered and then shipped out without providing me any tracking number or notification that they were being sent out. Not only that but i provided a prescription from a new doctor and they still contacted a my old one after many emails asking them not to. Long story short- My package got lost, they wont refund my money or send out new packages, maybe every 3 weeks after emailing and calling non-stop they might send me an email but nothing is ever resolved. I do not trust this company and ask you not to put yourself through so much aggravation- as far as I'm concerned this company is a scam- interested in only collecting money. they wont help you, they wont refund you and don't care if you ever receive your contact lenses.

I do trial pair for Acuvue Oasys contact lense so my doctor give me a prescription for the trial pair, but it doesn't work for me because I feel dizzy after wearing it for a while. So I went back to the original contact lense(PureVision) I was on and the doctor didn't write any prescription for original contact lense and webeyestore don't ship it until I get the prescription for my original contact lense. I guess it's not their fault since it's the law that they have to follow but it cause delay for me since the place I went for eye exam close down. I have to go to different place for another eye exam to get the prescription for PureVision.

This was my first time ordering from WebEye Store.com. Website was very easy to navigate, prices were good, and delivery was quick and accurate. Will definitely use this website again.

Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.

I ordered Acuvue Oasys contacts from webeyestore.com on Oct. 30. A few days later, I sent them an email inquiring about the status of my order because the online order status through their website was not up to date. The response back was that my order shipped Nov. 1st. I waited for 4 days, and the contacts had not arrived, so I emailed them again. The response this time was that they were checking on the status of my order and it might have to be reshipped. They told me they would give me an udpate within 48 hours, but I never got an udpate. I gave them two extra days to respond, but I had to email them again. This time, they said they had shipped the order via USPS on Nov. 15th. The contacts finally arrived on Nov. 19th. NOT ONLY DID THIS WEBSITE LIE ABOUT WHEN THEY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE, BUT THEY ALSO NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AND DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES FOR GIVING STATUS UPDATES ON MY ORDER!!! I have a feeling that if I had not monitored my order very closely, I could have easily been ripped off. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Take your order to 1800-Contacts. They'll match any competitor's price.
