Horrible!!!! Manager stated the lenses were on back order when actually they are a special order. I called the manufacturer myself and the lenses are not on back order..Extremely rude!!!!! They take money and do not even process the order. I have searched the web and 99 per cent of the reviews are negative!! They need to be shut down. Class action lawsuit is needed!!!

I ordered contact solution in August 2016, and money was deducted from my PayPal account immediately. I never received anything. For two weeks I have called the company, left messages on their website, and send e-mail to the address on my order confirmation. They do not return calls, emails, or messages of any kind. I have contacted PayPal, and hopefully they can help me get a refund.

I have ordered my contacts from this website for years. Historically they're a little slow, but they've always emailed me back within a couple days. I have emailed them, called them, and left voicemails for weeks now looking for my missing order with no response yet. At this point, I'm thinking they don't have the contacts but instead of telling me or letting me know, they took my money anyway (THAT'S STEALING). I still don't know if i'll ever receive my order, but contacts are a necessity that you can't just not deliver without any notice. I will be begin to take legal action if there is no response soon.

I had used this company for years, their prices are the best online, HOWEVER this time, I had a HORRIBLE experience. I placed my order on August 30th, received a confirmation one day later saying that my order was processing. On September 26th I sent an email to check on the status of my order. I had to email them in the past to check on the status but had always received a response. As of today, 10/14/2016, I have emailed them 7 times and left 4 messages and have yet to receive a correspondence. I am in the process of trying to get the money back from my Flexible Spending Account because they have already charged my card. I ended up having to place my order with another vendor. I'm not sure if they are on their way out of business, but this lack of response is INEXCUSABLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible experience. I waited for my order for almost a month. When I tried contacting the customer service, I did not reach anyone via email, phone or instant messenger. I was their customer for a long time, but they just lost my business. Never again!

Worst customer service. I placed an order. When it did not arrive, I sent an email. They said it was on backorder. I waited more than another month. Still did not receive it. Months passed, I sent another email. They said they were sorry that I did not receive my order and gave me a 'credit' on their site. Had I not contacted them, they would have kept my payment and did not even send me my order. WHAT? So, I asked for a refund to my credit card because they never sent my order. They said NO. I spent about an hour with their super-slow on -line Chat Rep who also gave me the same run around. I sent an email with the entire history to which the response was: ' the product you ordered was discontinued, that's why we did not ship it to you'. My response was, why wasn't I told this a long time ago. And, why is it still on your website? I am so beyond frustrated. AND, their phones don't answer your calls. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE THE WORST.

This is my very first time I have given a 1 star but I feel people need to know. Over a month ago, I ordered eye ointment because I have a bit of a dry eye. After two weeks, I wrote to them wondering when I would be receiving the item. I received an email back showing they only then placed my order and charged my credit card on that day. Two weeks went by and still no item. so I wrote them asking what is taking so long. I received an email back telling me the item is on back order. FYI: when I originally ordered the item a month ago, they never disclosed to me that the item was on back order. I was furious and wrote them back to cancel my order. Another few days went by with no response from them. I then decided to call them and when customer service got on the line, she told me that my order was " partially shipped". I asked her how they can partially ship one tube of eye ointment? I then asked her, did they chop the tube in half and send me half a tube? She said she does not know and that all it says was partially shipped!!! WOW. If that is not being lied to the I do not know what is. Now get this, I asked her to cancel my order and she said she will, on the partially shipped item! I then get an email at the end of the day saying we have refunded you and canceled your order. Well one day later and still no refund. This is the most shady company so far I have ever dealt with. Now it looks like we have to sue them just to get our refund back. If only we had read these reviews in the first place then we would of never ever ordered from them. Buyers beware.

To all that have ordered from the store I feel sorry!!!!! Customer service is awful I still haven't received any emails back I ordered it 3 days its been about 2 weeks I've been battling with them since October 6th and now its the 28th I still have not received my contacts I have only called them to try to remedy the situation and I have not been able to get through it hasn't been fun having the automated machine hang up on you. Who knows if I will ever see my contacts?
