I have ordered my contacts three weeks…
I have ordered my contacts three weeks ago, provided my prescription, and still have not received them. Instead, my order status says "See Order Notes", which means I have to again call the WebEyeCare customer service to solve a problem. This is the worst experience I have ever made shopping for contact lenses online. Follow-up: I just got the response from WebEyeCare in which they notified me that I forgot to specify that per my prescription the lens for my left eye is a multifocal. This detailed escaped me and WebEyeCare did a great job in responding, and shipped my contacts with expedited shipping. Apologies for my unwarranted complaint and kudos for your great handling of the matter.

As detailed in the email sent on February 27th your order was placed for spherical Biofinity for your Left Eye, however per your provided prescription you need the Biofinity Multifocal for your Left Eye. Please reply to the email providing permission to correct your error and the order will be processed for shipment. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
