I've have been using WebEye care for 3 years, but this is the last time
I've have been using WebEye care for about 4 years but I no longer will once I received my last batch of contact. What horrible customer service. I received an incorrect prescription, my confirmation with the doctors of my prescription never went through on their end. The guy who answered my phone call said you would need to physically go there and get a copy of the prescription and only then they would exchange and provide me with the correct orders. No apologies or anything. There are other companies that do this and are much friendlier.

Elena, I am deeply sorry to hear that your experience was less than ideal, as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We are eager to remedy this. I have reviewed the order and requested individual replacement lenses in the negative prescription be sent out ASAP so you are not without lenses. You will also be receiving return instructions with a prepaid label to return the incorrect order. Once UPS shows the label is on its way to us we will ship reship the order in the Negative powers that it should have been. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and hope to rectify this for you quickly!
