$31.44 processing fee?
$31.44 processing fee?? Seriously. Why would you wait until the last page to disclose that? Include that in your upfront costs on the first page that you advertise your contact lenses
Response from WebEyeCareFeb 27, 2019
Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. Our processing fee is outlined in our terms and conditions page which is readily available for review prior to initiating any purchase. We apologize if you did not review this information until after you initiated an order but that was your choice. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

Reply to update on my order
Once again your response is wrong to ordering contacts. I never received a invoice from PayPal. I did order the right contacts. With a discount. Do not try to cover up your mistake. I will never order from your unprofessional company again.
Response from WebEyeCareFeb 14, 2019
Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare- again. You order the correct brand yes, but the wrong version. Acuvue Oasys is made in the following formats - Spherical, Astigmatism, and Multifocal. You placed your order for the Spherical Acuvue Oasys lenses. Your prescription is for the Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism. If you are still confused as to what you did wrong or why the Spherical Acuvue Oasys lenses would not work for you we recommend speaking with your eye care provider. Thank you!
