Similar experience to others. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Ordered a cupholder phone holder $65+ tax and shipping. Crazy expensive, but it was to be a christmas gift for somebody wh really wanted one. Ordered on 11.25.20. Website made no mention that it was unavailable for immediate shipment. Allowed to place order and was charged immediately. As of 12.17.20 sellers site still lists the order as "In Progress" and hasn't even shipped yet. Emailed customer service, received no responses to any requests. Called the company directly. 100+ calls ahead me. Called again later 150+ calls ahead. Stayed on the line until my turn only to received the message "the person you are trying to reach has not set up a voice mail box" and disconnected. Avoid this shady company.

I placed my order October 14. Today is December 11 and I yet to receive my order. Every time I call to follow up, I'm on hold for 40 + minutes. For this reason I'm not shopping WeatherTech again.

I bought a set of floor liners. Unfortunately they don't fit my car. I wrote to WeatherTech and they gave me a refund immediately ! I have 3 years ago bought floor liners from WeatherTech for an other car and they fit perfectly. Great customer service - i can only recommend WeatherTech.

I ordered floor mats and rear cargo cover in June some 6 months ago through a dealer here in BC ..its December now . I got the rear cargo cover in September . The local dealer can get no information from Weathertech

OMG! For years my husband and I have salivated over WeatherTech car mats when we watched their commercials. Well we finally took the plunge and bought a front set for my husbands late model Cadillac CTS AWD. What a freaking disappointment upon receipt! They're made out of that hard thin plastic that cracks. We were expecting the thick rubber like the ones I have in my car that I bought at "AutoZone". NOT WORTH THE MONEY and will not give any recommendations for these car mats!!!

What an awful experience. I setup my profile on their site to get floor mat for my new 2021 Kona Electric. purchased the floor mat. this is where the nightmare begin... after ordering I called support to get more info on the delivery, Weathertech never return my calls (2) But I finally got the floormat. They do not fit, way too long, I emailed support... again no answers, they must be super busy so I wait a couple days. I called and did not left a message since they do not reply. wait again now 8 days later, I get a mail saying I bought the wrong mat. Weird since my profile is set and i got the mat according to it. the email stated : "I will have the information send to our returns department, they will email you with in 1-3 business days with an authorization number and instructions to complete the return." Again its been 8 full long days. This is unacceptable service.

I ordered from weathertec.EU and they send their product from the USA and i had to pay 70€ cusotom dues.

** Follow Up ** Chris from WeatherTech reached out to me after my post and two weeks later I received my refund. Thanks to Chris and Sandra. The product is still excellent but Cust Svc support could be improved. ______________________________________ Ordered mats from the Canada site over 5 weeks ago. Emailed them 10 days ago...No Reply. Called them last week, listened to their “we value your business” recording for twenty minutes before the recording said they were working from home and please leave a message, which I did...No Reply. It’s great to have a spiffy website and product videos but if you can’t follow up on Customer Service calls, you lose the trust of the consumer.
