The driver side mat does not quite fit my 2015 BMW M235i properly. Is this an isolated problem or common with mats for other cars too?? As the photo indicates, there is a rubber section along the left side which only partly covers the aluminum foot pad... not a problem per se, but looks ridiiculous. And it does not quite fit as nicely around the accellerator pedal as it should. The BMW mats fit perfectly. (If I push the mat up further, it may cover the foot pad but would interfere with the pedal). I can live with the problem, but at the price I paid, should I need to? On the other hand, the passenger side mat fits perfectly.

Husband bought weathertech floor mats for our 2018 Ford F150. Front mat is ok, however backseat mat curls on 3 sides, slides around making is useless. Very poor quality.

Horrible Company Ordered a stupid sunshade from them put in my vehicle information and they sent me one that is way to large for my vehicle. Returning it was a nightmare and took quite a few days to get RA number. Finally sent it back and they deducted the fedex return cost from my refund. There response is customer is responsible for return shipping cost! So they send me something that doesn’t fit my vehicle and im responsible for the cost of returning it. Latest email says a email will be sent to the team for a shipping refund now after some back and forth emails. Should not be this difficult I didn’t make the product. Will see if I actually get it refunded Good stuff Stay away from this company

Ordered a set of mats on November 14, 2020. Received an email on November 15 advising that the mats would take 3-4 weeks. Now at 6 weeks. No update from the company. Cannot get through to the customer service line. Spent 45 minutes on hold and then it dropped to voicemail. No response to voicemail or email I sent. Avoid purchasing from weathertech.ca

Absolutely a FIVE STAR review for their SUV perfect fit protector. Rolled it out, warmed it up in the sun the installed it in seconds. Great customer service any time I've called to clarify my orders.

Wanted very much to love this American made product ( avoiding China forever if possible) and ordered these matts for my Tahoe and Equinox. Ordered direct and when arrived opened boxes and the SMELL WAS DISGUSTING. Read reviews to air out. Nope! 3 days in garage and still turned my stomach. Can't even imagine what it would be like if 90 degrees and sunny what my vehicle would smell like. Called for return and lady acts surprised. Asked FedEx and they weren't. Maybe bad batch but wasn't offered exchange and spent time ordering, returning, and they kept shipping fee. Too bad.

Ordered a hood protector for a Honda Civic. They sent me one for a Chevy Cruze. I returned it, and told them they sent the wrong product. They refunded the cost of the product, but not the shipping. They screwed up, but I get to pay for the shipping for their error. Sent an email to customer service, no answer. Called customer service, was 104th in line. I am a previous customer, but never again will I buy from them. POOR customer service.

Same experience as others, ordered floormats for my wife for Christmas, emailed customer service twice to check on delivery to see if I would receive by Christmas. No reply to either of my emails, Weather Tech customer service absolutely SUCKS!
