Returned a phone cup holder to upgrade one with extension. Explained chrugift from sister gave all her information. Month later no package. Called weather tech and they said my cc declined $18.00 for upgrade (called my bank. No record of transaction. Man said we’ve emailed your sister. Asked why not call me. They were going to keep return and had no intension to give my sister $55.00 back. Sneaky and sly. So wrong

Purchased a bug deflector for 2020 Pacifica. Experience with customer service after receiving product: 1. Incomplete instructions. Only included steps 1 & 2, nothing beyond. 2. Customer calls for clarification, following instructions to do so 3. Rep cannot assist. Says a drill should not be used, yet the instructions indicate a drill is needed with 1/8" bit. Rep Is not able to locate installation instructions for 2020 and defers customer to a YouTube video of AVS, who later, come to find out is the actual manufacturer. .... and paid for an AVS product under the disguise of weather tech at a premium price. 4. Poor shipping method. Cheap thin cardboard ..... not good for company who supposedly is proud of a quality product 5. Not once did customer rep from weather tech offer an apology. Rather, took a defensive approach to assisting customer. Avoid Weathertech, Mistakes happen, I understand. But Brett's approach as a customer service rep is all wrong. Not only couldn't assist, displayed no attitude to want to try and resolve or even apologize.

Horrible!!!! This company does not care about their consumers. You better hope you get the order perfect and correct because you will be lucky to get a timely refund. Fedex promptly tracks your return to their facility and then it sits there. It may or may not be processed and your money may or may not be returned. I called trying to get a status on my refund. I was told it was there as fedex confirmed but they have no idea when they might process the return. Run do Not support this company!

I tried to purchase products for a brother in Canada. Whether you use the Canadian site or the American site you cannot do so with your credit card. I called the company and their answer was... call your credit card company to set it up so that you can use an alternative address. When I said I'm not going to be jumping through hoops to buy from you she basically hung up. If I had service like this at our company, heads would roll. Of course, now there isn't a hope in hell that I would buy from this company.

I was nervous ordering my BMW Z4 boot liner all the way from the US, and at a higher cost than UK based suppliers, however it arrived within 7-days of placing the order, perfectly well packaged, and of outstanding quality! This was a premium product with a top class service - well done WeatherTech!

Poor fit in VW Tiguan. I have a Toyota Highlander with mats and they fit really well. Bought a set for my wife's new to us VW Tiguan, but the mats have about an inch gap between the mat and the front seat base. I sent messages and photos to support and after a couple more emails with no responses from Adam; I gave up months ago. But seeing the email from Adam still unresponded to in my Inbox made me think I should let others know.

For my part, experience was great. I ordered floor mats and cargo liner online, and were delivered to my door 3 days later to my surprise. All fit perfectly on my BMW

Purchased f150 mudflaps. Came without the mounting hardware. Emailed customer service and they said they would be be received in up to 7 business days. At the 8th day emailed for update and response said they would be received next week. (January 7th received flaps, week of January 25th is the expected arrival of missed hardware). Called to provide complaint and John s. Was rude and condescending. No issues with the actual product, but customer service is garbage. You would think that they would prioritize fixing their mistake. Over 2 weeks to receive two screws and two stickers, from a company down the highway from me. Brutal. Will not purchase their products in the future simply due to their customer service. ( again, actual product is fine) Update. February 4th and still no hardware. They’re blaming on Canada post/covid. But again I would think they could purolate to resolve their mistake instead of sending via letter mail. UPDATE: March 5th. Multiple sets were apparently mailed without receiving them. 20+ emails between. Finally got Better Business Bureau involved and the day after they issued the complaint, Weathertech sent a replacement set via UPS and arrived 2 days later. So took almost exactly 2 months for them to send missing hardware. Took 10 minutes to install. The product is good. But no way i should have had to get BBB involved to resolve this.
