I purchased a WeatherTech cup holder with the wide phone holder. The price was in the $50 range with shipping. I found that I had use for the small phone holder and the horizontal phone holder as well. I checked on line and did not see the availability of either phone holder to purchase by it's self. I called WeatherTech and was informed that I could NOT purchase the small phone holder or the horizontal phone holder by themselves but would have to purchase two complete cup holders. That would make the cost to get the phone holders I wanted, they are interchangeable on the cup holders, in the are of $150 with shipping. They wanted me to pay $150 for what is probably $20 worth of parts. The WeaterTech cup holder I purchased is the first and LAST item I will ever purchase form WeatherTech.

You may think a floor mat has no parts, but that is not true. Weathertech does NOT replace parts, and if you develop an issue, you will get stuck purchasing new mats. I purchased all weather floor mats for a 2019 Honda CR-V. The issue is with the front (driver's) floor mat, part # is W419. At the base of the floor mat are holes where a plastic/rubber piece fits in the hole, and allows the mat to be locked into place. This grommet was apparently not secured in manufacturing and came apart and was lost at a car wash. Apparently they will not sell nor replace the grommet and requires me to purchase a new set of mats. I have purchased 7 sets of mats since 2001, but will never buy from Weathertech again.

I have gotten to the point that I don't care if something is "made in the USA" if the parts don't fit, and the return policy/customer service is terrible. That is the case here. I served this country in the early '90's, so I often get suckered to buy "Made in the USA" without doing due diligence. The tailgate liner I ordered did not properly fit my F-150. I called and was on hold for a long while. I had to take several photos and email to the rep to show the lack of fit. Have still heard nothing back. According to their policy, even if I return it, I will be refunded the cost of the mat only (not shipping/tax) AND have to pay to ship it back. So I would be out roughly $35 for something that is their error. IT IS A GAMBLE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY-- IF THE PRODUCT FITS, YOU ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. IF NOT, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK.

I bought a trunk liner for my Volvo V60. I had 4 major problems 1. They mislaid my original on line order and only ordered it when I reminded them 2. They sent the wrong product, despite me putting in the details of my car correctly (they sent the 2019 version instead of the 2018). It does not fit properly. 3. When informed of the mistake they took no responsibilty for their mistake, insisting that I pay for the whole lot to be shipped back and then changed. 4. Most email to them were either ignored or replied to weeks after I would suggest not buying from these people. It is far too much hassle and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

This review is related to the Weathertech elevated dog (pet) feeding system. It’s a glorified elevated dog bowl. This product was apparently designed by someone who never actually tried it afterwards. The elongated bowls seem like a good idea, but if you actually watch a dog drink water this design is meaningless. The biggest issue is with the base the bowls stand on. It has the rigidity of a wet noodle. I defy anyone to actually try to carry this with or without the bowls attached to a sink, or to somewhere you can dump out the collected water. Don’t waste your money on this thing.

Our experience with Tami in Customer Service was exceptional. Although I did have to wait in line on the phone before I got the opportunity to speak with her, when we did speak she was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Cannot express our appreciation enough. This kind of customer service is very difficult to find these days.

I was excited to get my cargo liner. It came rolled up in a box, but straightened out overnight. Looks good! But here are my complaints: it's way thinner than I was expecting! It should be 3 times as thick! The other problem is that it slips around on the carpet! I decided to order some friction tape to stop that. But it's annoying that the company doesn't address that!

Was a little skeptical while ordering for my 2020 Mazda 6 but not anymore as my mats arrived today. It literally took me 15 minutes to install all 4 mats and the trunk liner. They fit like a glove and look as if factory installed. I think they even enhance the cars look. Thanks you WeatherTech!
