The sides are a nice support, but they cause neck pain after napping in quite a few times. Great idea, just not executed well. The back/bottom support is extremely lacking, had to buy another small mattress. If I had to do it again, I would not purchase *at this price point.* For a human, the length is also lacking. Unimpressed. :/

We got two. One for our daughter and one for us. She was looking for something to be able to take for slumber parties. Air mattresses just don’t cut it. We surprised her for Christmas and it was the talk of the month. Everyone in my big family was jealous. Many naps taken and great way to escape for a bit. Assembly: I’m 5.3 and not a spring chicken. Was able to do it myself. Quality: Great! Stitching is strong, fabric is very soft. The bed is thick and great quality. The bolsters are good too. Might need a pillow if you’re watching tv in it. The gray color is very pretty. I was skeptical of the fabric change from the original prototype but I really like it. Suggestion: A couple more inches in length would be nice for those longer legs. A pokey on each end on the side is helpful. Storage and travel bags or something would be great.

These beds are exactly as advertised - amazingly comfy, cozy, plus, and delightful. It's a family fight every night to decide who gets to curl up in the Plufl. The beds came when ordered and we had no problems with delivery.

This is napping at the highest level. Relaxation, comfort, and luxury all in a giant cat bed. Highly recommend.

This bed is so comfortable!! I was skeptical about a human-sized dog bed, but it's great to lounge or take a nap in. My dog and husband love it equally, and it's become one of our favorite pieces of furniture. I would definitely buy this again.

I was one of the first batch and had to wait many months. Worth the wait!! Much nicer memory foam base than expected, and also much heavier and bigger, like the size of a rubber raft (I joke that in a flood, l am ready) Weight is drawback, as I am 90 lbs. And not strong enough to move it about, also making assembly challenging. My neighbor rescued me as I finally called for help and he finished assembly effortlessly. Fabric is lovely and sides are a perfect pillow! Another problem for us is where to put it, but size will accommodate just about anyone. Mine seems to have come with numerous cats as every time I go to nap, someone is already there. I have fibromyalgia and scoliosis and still find it quite comfy. Thrilled to finally have my own people sized doggie bed!! I think the quality justifies the cost and over all very satisfied.

My entire family: teenagers + stoic husband + 60 pound dog LOVE the Plufl. It feels ridiculously soft and comfortable. It was a $ investment but has become the crown jewel of our living room.

Product is fantastic. Company needs to look at their supply chain/logistical issues.
