I ordered a red bandana Boston College sweatshirt in memory of the person that saved so many lives on Sept 11th as a Boston College grad. I ordered a 2xl sweatshirt. When I received it many weeks after order it was a very small garment with no tag, made of thin polyester. I reached out to wearandhome about an exchange or refund. They asked me to send them pics of the garment with tape measure going both up and down which I did. They just notified me that I must have ordered a small and nothing the company can do for me. Put a very bad taste in my mouth for not only the company but for Boston College and the man wearing the red bandana. Please do not order anything from wearandhome.

I give this company 0 stars. I ordered a shirt and got a email it had shipped 3 weeks ago. Still nothing, contacted company and nothing but excuses have been given. It's had the same status since it was shipped, "IN TRANSIT". I'm filing a complaint against this company and will NEVER buy from u again.

Very Disappointed in this company! Before purchasing I made sure to read all the comments and to make its legit. However!! Its a hit and miss with these item.for the amount they charge for clothes i would've expected great quality and products... Its JUST another Temu. The worst part is, they DO NOT HONOR their return policy!! I ordered black sweatpants and got a navy blue joggers. Talked with customer services back and forth and they just dont want to accept that they gave me the wrong item. They stop responding to email. For the amount I paid, I would've expected great quality! Its was very poor quality, I will never buy them again. I wish I can give them Zero start instead of one.

Classic bait and switch. The hoodies shown are obviously 50/50 cotton hoodies but items received were this horrible 100 synthetic fibers. Website claims to be made in America but was shipped by a company only operating in Chine. Most of the time I dont mind but remove the made in America logo from your website.

Have no idea if this was a quality item or not. It took a long time to be delivered. The delivery driver made no attempt to place the package out of easy view of the street, did not ring the doorbell to alert me to the delivery and thieves subsequently stole the package. Not pleased.

Ordered 3 Titans shirts and paid $140+. One shirt the size was incorrect. Ordered a 3XL, received a small. One shirt was not the correct “Titans Blue”, and we have never received the 3rd shirt. The products are poorly made, and not at all as pictured on their website. Could not get a response from customer service to obtain a refund, and after reading the refund policy probably wouldn’t get a refund anyway. We paid over $40 a piece for each shirt and basically just threw away the money. Don’t waste your money with this company. It says the company is in the US, but the product came from China

It wasnt red drawstrings also wasnt in French terry but its a good fit. Love it 8/10

Wasn't sure when I made the purchase of the quality of the shirt. Also had never heard of this company. Took a chance on both and was pleasantly surprised when my shirt arrived.
