Order placed, credit card payment approved, product shipped and got to within 100km of me then was redirected to a location 900km north of me in a different State and they claim it was delivered but not to me. Terrible experience.

Never received said it went somewhere else. And not even close to the address given

Deceptive company. Items are clearly NOT "Proudly made in the USA" as the T-shirts ordered clearly came from China. They are not selling officially licensed merchandise and should be banned from selling in the USA. I will say...the graphics on the T's are well done, but the T-shirt itself is garbage. Because it's shipping from China, it takes almost a month to get to you.

DO NOT order from this company. Their product is not up to par. Their size information is not readily available. Worst of all their return policy is unreasonable in every way.

It's a fake. I actually have one of these from NFL Shop licensed. So what's wrong? Wrong logo, wrong fabric, wrong color.

Purchased a "Ty Johnson" Bills jersey and received an Active wear T-shirt that had no name on the back of it. I wasn't looking for NFL shop quality but to get a bills shirt with only the #26 on it was not what I expected to receive when I purchased. This meets their "Quality standards" because there's nothing physically wrong with the shirt, you have to pay an extra $25 to customize the back, AKA add the name that's supposed to be on it.

This company charged me for a top and bottom sweatsuit but only sent me the bottom sweatpants and not the top sweatshirt. Also the company customer support team sucks. They hardly ever reply back to questions and concerns about purchases and the tracking information they provide for your order isn’t even available. It’s safe to say this site will scam you out of your money and send you your order partially or non at all.

The item I received was not the item I ordered I ordered a noggin hat not a regular ball cap . A cheap ball cap at that I could have bought the one you’ll sent me at Walmart for under $10 and you’ll charged me over $60!!So disappointing!!!!!
