The shipping took weeks, couldn't track it or get ahold of anyone. Once it was delivered it was nothing like what was pictured! Not a thick hoodie at all! Cheap screen printed thin, shiny material. So disappointing as it was a gift for a die hard A's fan. Not worth the money at all and I'm willing to pay for nice things.

Placed an order over two weeks ago and I am not able to see the tracking for my order or log onto the website. My payment has been taken out of account.
