The team does a great job at letting you know it's going to be a minute before you get your order. So I wasn't surprised about how long it took. I was a little disappointed in the actual merchandise when I got it as I was thinking it was a bit different than it actually is. But they contacted me and asked me what was wrong and how can they fix it. They are very responsive. If I saw something else I liked, I would order from them again.

I ordered item end of Aug. and just received it. Item was poor quality. T-shirt was pilled and transfer wasn't of great quality either. I was disappointed. T-shirt was $50. Had I seen the same t-shirt at one of the tents at Williams Brice, I would not have purchased it. Return address looked as if it were of Chinese origin. I'm a Charleston native...don't think Darius would have approved either!

I ordered two shirts for my best friend and I to wear to a concert. The shirts arrived after the concert so strike one. When the shirts arrived they look like they would fit a small child and were made out of very cheap feeling thin material. I was so disappointed in the size and material. I emailed the company and received a prompt response to send a photo with the packaging. I did that. Then I was asked to send photos showing a measuring tape on the shirts showing the size. I did, then no response. Then another thread started and I had to submit all photos again. After about 5-7 days I got an email saying the shirts I received are the right size (I am an adult who wears a size 8 there is zero way these are for any normal size adult) and described the material as made of small pit strips. My fault for not knowing what pit strips are, but now I know that must mean thin cheap feeling material. So no refund or any offer to make this right or provide any optional solutions, just “no you received the right product”. Be aware if you buy from this company. I wish I never had.
