Would write a zero star if possible. I ordered a hat form this place. It came completely smashed and in extremely poor quality. It took a month to get to me after that I had 7 days to request a refund in which I did in the timeframe allocated. The hat was $58 to me and the product I received was $1 quality. I requested a refund they told me sorry that’s how the hats come and refuse to give me a refund. I’m happy to ship it back and everything and now they just ignore me. Terrible company. I wish I could upload photos from what they advertise and what I received.

Oct 23th 2026 received my order and emailed customer service immediately to request a return and refund of my money. The material quality is extremely poor. It is not hoodie fleece or t-shirt cotton quality. I've made purchases at Temu, received the same quality and had to returned them. I've paid almost $100 and extremely disappointed with the quality that I won't even give it away and I dont think the company is willing to accept a return and refund me my money.

Waited for several weeks for the product to arrive and once it arrived it was not the same material as was shown on the advertisement we looked at when we decided to buy it.

Ordering experience was great. I needed a custom sized hat because the regular sizes didn't fit. The company worked with me to make me a larger hat and then I received it. They were great at communicating the whole time and even offered a discount. Delivery took a while because they are made to order, but I got the hat. Will definitely consider ordering again.

BUYER BEWARE THIS SITE IS A SCAM! WEARANDHOME - zero stars if possible, $50 for a "Space" themed advent box that was supposed to be small 3D mini models (replicas) of space craft. Instead it was a bunch of small flat plastic cutouts worth about $1.00 in total, a complete scam. BUYER BEWARE THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

Bought an item for my son and received the wrong one. Emailed the customer support and they responded asking for some information. I sent them what was requested and after three emails have heard nothing back.

Ordered a $39 "Starbucks" cup. Took about 3 weeks to arrive and was not as advertised. It is not an authentic Starbucks brand cup. Description indicates 20 oz with leakproof, one press lid.However cup arrived as 16 oz with twist lid. It is a cheap, plastic cup made in china with a snoopy print that is similar to the actual 2026 Starbucks snoopy design added to the cup so they can indicate "plastic cup printed in USA".

. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS company . Their online images and descriptions don’t match the items. Be aware that they only authorize a return or exchange if THEY have a defect in the product—not for size, quality or misrepresentation in the description.
