I ordered butterfly bushes they came very well packed. My granddaughter helped me plant them this past spring. These butterfly bushes strived all summer. Hopefully they will serve this winter & continue to bloom. Very happy with product would buy again.

I was quite disappointed to receive iceplants in a very wet, soupy medium that resulted in several dead, rotted plants before they could be put into the ground. The others did survive, but never really thrived.

The plants arrived well packaged and appeared to be ready for planting

My purchase arrived ok, I planted per instructions. Weeks later, four of the plants I purchased had no growth whatsoever. First contact was met with 'this is our busiest season, response may be slow". Months later and three more contacts from me - NO RESPONSE. Companies with customer service get my business. Wayside will not.

I have bought from Wayside Gardens for years and have only had great dealings with them. The plants and trees are always packaged carefully and arrive in good shape.

A very bad experience. Two of three roses did not grow 'Customer service was curt, blunt and unhelpful in saying 'the warranty period has expired' .. The catalog is not clear on the warranty period.I I have been a good customer with Wayside Gardens for over a decade but will no longer order from them. I have had my name removed from the Wayside mail lists
