Did not order much this year due to circumstances here but what I did order was just OKAY. Three of the plants arrived DEAD . were replaced and one of those died !

I like exotic plants and shrubs but in recent years that part of the catalog has diminished in favor of plants that are more common. Maybe it is good for their overall sales but I have had to move on to other on-line nurseries to find those gems of plants that Wayside used to carry.

this place was terrible it sent dead plants and would not give credit I had to stop payment on my credit card I would never use them or recommend them to anyone I should have looked at other reviews on line before I ordered

I was not at all pleased with the service on the phone I was provided regarding an item that needed to be replaced as per the listed guarantee. I was told I would be issued a credit and when attempting to use it, was unable as it was not found, eventually finally told it was not properly processed. More time wasted and the item I wanted was on sale and was told it would be honored at that time and then told otherwise. Just a horrible experience with representatives that were faxed the correspondence as proof and still it not properly remedied. I never had issues nor problems with this before, and so many years of a company of this stature, so was very taken aback to make me feel never to want to do business with this firm again.

Excellent plants

Of the many mail order vendors I've used, Wayside Gardens is head and shoulders the best of them. Great selection, packaging exceeds requirement and the plant quality and selection is excellent

Wayside products are awesome! They're a bit more expensive than others, though.

I ordered 2 Firepot Dahlia tubers for my mother's birthday in September. She collects them and had several rot in the ground over the last winter. She forgot to label it but was very excited to see Firepot bloom once she knew which one it was because the tuber was very healthy.
