Some were dead
Some were dead. One had bugs. I called and was told they would need photos and names of the plants. I don’t have the time to do this,I won’t buy again.

Great website that offers quality plants of a decent size. They are well-packaged when shipped. I am very happy with their products.

All the plants they sent me looked …awful!!
All the plants they sent me looked nothing like the pictures!!!

Dear Tim, Thank you for participating in our survey and providing specific feedback. The plants in the photos are full grown plants, showing what the plants will be at maturity. We ship starter plants to customers. Mature plants would not survive in transit.We appreciate your feedback.

Won’t Buy Again

Wayside provides a healthy product
Wayside provides a healthy product. I have been ordering from them for years. When I have had a problem with a plant their customer service has been very responsive.

I ordered two bare root roses right at …
I ordered two bare root roses right at the cutoff date for shipping...June 15 I believe. One of the roses lost ground but came back strong, the other didn't live. Wayside honored their waranty and gave me a credit for the rose that died which must have been a fluke as the other did so well even arriving in Arkansas in June as a bare root plant.
