When customs delayed the delivery of the shipment I ordered, I reached out to customer support for help. I was offered a refund immediately and when the shoes were finally delivered, I was given the option to keep them or return at no cost to me. After reviewing the shoes, I, of course, decided to keep them. They are such good quality, and the customer service I received was excellent. My representative kept in contact with me the entire time and did everything possible to help. I’m very satisfied with both the quality of the product and the service.

I placed an order on the 2nd of October for my son. He changed his mind and I proceed to cancel the order on the 3rd. Everything was processed in hours and I got the PayPal refund in few hours. Excellent service. I'm sure I will buy again. Many thanks!

Horrible customer service! Tried calling no one was available! I received a text message to email! Emailed and still no response! My order never arrived! My son was waiting the entire day for Delivery and it never came! It’s insane how you can’t talk to a person! I will never ever purchase anything else from this company! I want a refund… 160 bucks down the drain! No contact or consideration from the company is crazy! I am currently looking into how I sue this company for robbing me… Shame on them! Duane Wade needs to seek another venue to sell his shoes because this company is horrible!

This business really surprised me with the excellent customer service considering their rating. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for school and the shoes that arrived were scuffed up and appeared to have been either defective or used. So, I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund. They offered another style of the shoe, which was the same value of the ones I purchased. My son really like Way of Wades shoes, so I asked him if he liked the style they were suggesting. He did like them and picked the color he wanted. The new shoes arrived within a week. I was told I can keep the scuffed up shoes or throw them away. The immediate attention to my problem, the timely and professional responses to my emails, and solution provided to this issue is why I am giving this business a 5 star rating.

Great basketball shoes for reasonable prices. Unique and interesting colorways with new and upgraded models all the time. I got the WoW 808 3s and they were really comfortable. The containment was exceptionally good and they felt really low to the ground. I would definitely recommend it for shifty players who need a pair of shoes that can keep up with their quick footwork and help them stop on a dime.

Dear wayofwade I can’t believe how bad the customer service I would love if you could respond to any of my emails I have sent or any of the dms I sent to your official instagram page I have not received my order number to my email the only email I have received was the one telling me that I got points for ordering this product I was looking forward to using them in the upcoming school volleyball season there is still time to make up for your actions I would really appreciate if you can use my email to contact me and we can have a more formal conversation over email. Despite multiple emails and confirmations from the local provider that my package was lost, the company has shown a complete lack of action and responsibility. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I provided them with every possible solution, but all I received were excuses and delays. They have not taken any concrete steps to resolve the issue. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. No matter how good their shoes may be, I will never do business with them again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Their inability to handle a simple shipping issue and their poor customer service are unacceptable.
