Customer service was great. My daughter has a difficult time finding shoes that fit her narrow foot so we are always trying on shoe, after shoe. Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.

Way of wade shoes are high quality and the company customer service is the same with their fast responses to my inquires and very helpful. Color ways are impressive, specifically Lavender is really nice. I needed to return my pair because I have pretty wide feet in the middle area unfortunately. I didn’t want to return them as I really loved the shoe but the customer service experience was very quick to respond and easy to deal with.

I ordered sneakers from this store and also purchased insurance for my order. It turns out they never delivered the sneakers! And the insurance company is rejecting my claim. I wrote to the store’s customer support, and they said they couldn’t help me. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone for shopping, and I also wouldn’t recommend buying insurance for your orders. Most likely, they’re involved in fraud together. Don’t buy anything from them!!!
