Looking for Donotes

Ordered food on line . Went to pick it up and someone stole it off the shelf . Store manager said it was basically not her problem . Once she places it on the shelf there was nothing she could do. Called emailed Wawa to no avail . No response at all from Wawa !

So I went into Wawa this morning I DoorDash so I go to a lot of places I went in to order something on the menu the virtual menu I’m old-school and I ordered what I want and then it started ordering something else so I got a little frustrated and I asked to go behind the account I said can I just order tell you what I want and she came out to help me after I was on the way out the door cause I was frustrated and she was very nice. Her name was Jackie and she took the time to show me how to work the menu and how to order what I wanted it and she was just exceptional above and beyond what she should’ve done this is the second Wawa the one in Cocoa too that the people there were very friendly and I would recommend Wawa at least two that I’ve been to very much to anybody it was a great experience thanks again, Jackie for helping an old man

after email after email and website after website and phone call after phone call...WAWA fell thru. I have a child who is Autistic and because of that birthday parties outside of familiar places is rare. So this year I decided to bring the party to his school so that the other special needs kids can be a part of it. I contacted Chuck E. Cheese corporate, and they were gracious enough to donate a cake, hats, plates and their MASCOT Chuck E. I also reached out to Chick-fil-a who graciously donated platers of chicken nuggets, small breads and waffle fries since this is what most Autistic children eat. Well, WAWA's response was "At this time, we’re unable to offer support, as our donations are reserved for nonprofit organizations whose initiatives align with our three key focus areas: Health, Hunger, and Everyday Heroes. We are not able to provide donations to individuals or for personal events." I guess special needs children are not valued by Wawa. I did reach out to the WAWA right next door from their school (Joppa MD), and they said they would have loved to, but their hands are tied and that Corporate had to approve it but apparently their public relations dept did not. Sad but true story. It's okay though. Chuck E and Chick-fil-a came through and now I know NOT to get my next company catering order from Wawa.

This review is specifically for the fuel attendants at the wawa on 539. My problem is with the way they remove and reinstall my gas cap. Seems like a really simple thing but they mess it up almost every time. They remove the gas cap and then they stick it in a hole inside the open gas door. This may actually be a holder for the gas cap, I don't think so though. The problem is that it gets stuck in there and when you go to remove it seems like it's going to break your gas cap. Also they don't know how to install a gas cap. You tighten the gas cap to one click and that's it. They tighten it to about 30 clicks every time. Seems like a very simple thing but they don't seem to have a clue.

Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing it at that time but I’ve been told they can’t sell it until 6 (Does that make any sense?) I’ve called corporate on them twice even went into the location and left my phone number for the manager to call me back. He called one time and has not returned my phone call. I know some people are Wawa fans, but do yourself a favor and stay away from that location you don’t wanna be disappointed like I was. This happens all the time.

I went to the Wawa in Media Pa on 252 and Route 1 ABreeah Butler and David at store 8114 were both very helpful!!! They deserve praise!!! Cheers to them!!! I hope management gives them a promotion and a raise!!! They both deserve it for their professionalism, true help, and care!!!

The Wawa on Seminole trail in Charlottesville Va is not responsive to travellers needs. I wanted to heat up my tea and they refused to put it in the microwave. Claimed it was WaWa policy. I went across to Sheetz and they were happy to help. Avoid Wawa if you want good customer service!!!
