If you are expecting great food and amazing customer service do not come here. The food was artificial tasting with every bite making me want to throw up. Save your money and do not come here unless you’re making a quick roadtrip rest stop.

While they have some good food what I've gotten recently has left me with a cough & dry mouth & a stomach ache? I'm not sure if it's a cleanliness issue or with the food. Wawa used to be my favorite place... they had chili, sweet potatoes & always hot & fresh. The food in convenience stores or wawa down here do not have the freshest or best food?? The restroom wasn't clean...a fog in the air... no soap & litter on the floor

12 oz coffee now $2.23, quick check 20 oz cheaper. Wawa fresh bakery items shrinking faster than my wallet. Not worth the price anymore.

Place an online order, bacon egg and cheese on croissant 5mins before arrival at store. I get there and still had to wait another 4 mins. The Boston St store in Baltimore, Md had no customers when i arrived. 4 Employees were just standing having a group conversation

In the middle of the day(2.27.23) most of distributors were "closed" - cones in front. Drivers were crushing around looking for spot to even create a line to an open one since it's tight there with full scale store and people walking car to store between them. Disaster at such busy plaza with multiple stores to cross to them thru. Why to have so many(10+!) distributors if most are "out of business" due to just obviously lock of attendants presence (I saw 1! In field so to speak)

Ordering from the Wawa app is extremely easy; however, good luck getting what you actually ordered. If they’re not going to actually take the time to ensure that they are putting the correct items in the bag, then they shouldn’t offer them on the website. I don’t know how you confuse pepperoni and cheese with grapes and cheese.

The coffee is always cold…. And no way to heat it up…. I quit wawa for that one reason…. Not worth the trip!. 7 Eleven always has hot coffee, I guess they’ll get my business and not just for coffee.
