This company is crooked, they do not stand behind their warranty. New purchased failed two months later and this less than honest company failed to address the warranty claim.

Die Munddusche Waterpik WP-100E ist sehr langlebig (5 Jahre Betrieb) und qualitativ gut. Ersatzteile sind weitgehend verfügbar. Ein Ventil Kleinteil wurde mir kostenfrei zugeschickt. Das nenne ich nachhaltig.

Waterpik® Irrigador Clásico WP 70 I bought the irrigator in 2018, we are in 2023, the water hose has already broken, there are no spare parts, not even the Chinese, they have wanted to make copies, how bad this thing is. Waterpik® Classic Irrigator WP 70 Buy another brand, there are already 2, the first one was given to my mother, it burned. This plastic pipe has broken. And another friend was burned. A trash.

Battery doesn’t last and cannot be replaced! Waste of $120 cause you must replace the whole unit. It was good for a yr but now it won’t hold the charge.

I bought Complete Care 5.5 in December and the tooth brush has stopped charging. I contacted the number provided and was told that they were unable to issue refunds, but as I’d bought it directly from them to send an email. I sent an email three weeks ago and received a reply saying that they were having issues with issuing refunds and that they were ‘urgently’ looking into it with their management team. I sent another email two weeks later asking for a replacement ( a toothbrush of similar value) if they were still unable to process refunds. They can’t do that either as they have withdrawn the Complete Care range. There is no point offering warranties if they don’t honour them. I’m not looking into the next steps I’ll take.

Bought battery flosser and by 5 months had lost all power even with new Duracell batteries. Support telephone insisted complaint sent by email and when done they just said they did not refund I would suggest you buy a decent make bit thus rubbish

Excellent customer service! I have been using a Waterpik flosser for 4 years. The company has excellent customer service! When the first one failed, just 3 months shy of the 3 year warranty, they were very quick to send me a new unit (not refurbished) at no cost and no shipping! My only complaint is that the replacement unit does not have ANY warranty at all and it failed in less than a year. I would have expected at least a one year warranty. I did get a $5.00 mail-in rebate. It is very convenient that you can communicate with emails - No chat (I don't type well at all) and no stupid bots or Ai!

I got a faulty waterpix system from them , In the box is a card that says contact them before returning it to the store , and thats what I did. But they have the worst customer service ever. Its like they just play games telling you that maybe its the tooth paste is to blame, its brand new how can the tooth paste be to blame. then they have you do a reset that does noting at all. What a lousy product with bad customer service , do yourself a favor and do not use this company
