Your prices are competitive. I called my local store before placing my online order. And though the store did not have the merchandise in stock, the salesperson was very helpful. I was very impressed.

Ordered something and then emailed back they are actually out of stock. Website is definitely poorly maintained.

Saw a nice pair of leather sneakers at a store while visiting Austin, TX, but they didn't have my size. I googled them and found them on the Water & Oak website for less than what I would have paid. I ordered them on Wed. and received them on Fri. They texted me and emailed me updates. Excellent experience.

Water+Oak is great! On their website, it stated they had 1 item left of something I was looking for. I called their customer services to verify and they actually held the product until I placed the order online. I was impressed with them actually offering to do that. That was going above and beyond in my book.
