Product was good but took forever to get there. For the record it wasn’t the USPS that was the delay in shipping. It was this company that delayed the shipping. Nice try blaming the post office.

I loved my jacket but unfortunately it came way later than expected! I didn’t have the jacket in time for a trip I needed it for & wasn’t even able to track the package. When I spoke with staff they were nice but nonchalant stating “this happens all the time with USPS & I’m positive it’s on the way & will be there before Xmas” even though I explained that wasn’t the reason I needed it. If this is a “usual issue” maybe should switch shipping companies.

Personnel top notch, product quality top notch, shipping cost outrageous on an item that cost $15. $7.95 ship cost to me, $6.00 ship cost to return.

Fast shipping but the product looked scuffed and some spots had a sticky, dark residue. Most of it came off and I'm only keeping the product because the price was too good to pass up.

One shoe much larger than the other one.

I am disappointed that you do not carry the correct shoe laces. Also, When viewing the cloud sneakers on line I thought for sure the upper tabs where for shoe laces. Little to no support on the upper portion of foot, where the toes meet foot. Way too much movement of toes causes tendonitis. I sent an email with the issue and asking what sneaker would be best for me, I haven't heard back.
