Great price and it came quick enough. But I only received an email saying it was being processed. After a few days I called the customer service line and left a message that was never answered. Not a big deal but I seriously wondered if i got scammed in a pop up scam site or something. Then my package came, and all is well. Customers these days are used to emails saying "it's on the way" or tracking information. Interactive... Happy and defiantly happy to shop there again now that I know what may happen.

Great glasses. Quick delivery. Box was a bit crushed. Glasses were ok fortunately. Perhaps you should use a stronger box for shipping glasses. Instead of a bag. Thank you. I love them

The belt it kind of difficult to put it on. Need to get use to it. The shipping was taken about 3 weeks to get delivered. It was too long but I understand that it was the holidays season.

I became fixated on this blue black checked shirt. I could not find it in my size. Finally I found Water+Oak and the had this Filson in a large size. I had to check with a sales rep and then confirm it's existence with another but, all good. It arrived in a nice postal box. The only peculiarity was a detergent or freshener fragrance. Annoying, as I like a neutral smell in clothing. So was this the smell of the store or of someone that had tried the shirt on? Oh well I got the shirt and will wash and hopefully the scent will be gone. But, I really love the color and fit,
