Unknown to me but came through like a CHAMP !!!

Had a problem with tracking on shipment. I wasn't receiving it and it didn't scan in the tracker and looked like it was still waiting in shipping. I called and another was sent out immediately. That one was shipped 2 day. Received it and loved the personal touch to their customer service as you actually do matter.

There were 2 sales associates in the store at the Summit when i picked up. Sorry I do not remember names and young male and a young female. They could not have been more friendly and even gift wrapped my item. They were so outgoing and friendly. Hope you can tell who they were. Please give them customer service award for the month! Thanks, Tracy

I am trying to remember the young man's name that I talked with on the phone....he was amazing. He gave me the cyber Monday price and even had to refresh the website because it said the exact coat I wanted was out of stock. Then I got the coat like the next day. I really really appreciate the way you handle your customer concerns. And I wish it was the same with other companies I have done business with this holiday season. I will be buying from you again. Thanks!

Arrived on time with free shipping and was well packed.

Best price on Altra Torins at the time. Order and delivery was seamless.

Shipping was timely and smooth ordering process from beginning to end

Great experience. This was my first time ordering. I received my order very quickly! Thank you!
