Many companies offer goods and services but the promise of proving service or support often ends after the purchase. My experience with Water+Oak out door is that they do provide World Class support after the sale. Shopping for clothing is especially difficult due to the fact that we the consumers do not have the chance to try things on over the Web. So when an item arrives we try it on, if it does not meet our expectation, then we want to exchange or return it for a refund. There are companies that say, oh you tried it on, sorry no exchange or refund. This is not the case at Water+Oak, no hassles, no double talk, they just want the customer to be satisfied. My experience with Water+Oak was as the kids say "Easy Peas Eee". I will continue to buy from this company as they are true to their word,,That Customer Service continues long after the sale has been made. They have earened my trust as a customer, well done!

I became fixated on this blue black checked shirt. I could not find it in my size. Finally I found Water+Oak and the had this Filson in a large size. I had to check with a sales rep and then confirm it's existence with another but, all good. It arrived in a nice postal box. The only peculiarity was a detergent or freshener fragrance. Annoying, as I like a neutral smell in clothing. So was this the smell of the store or of someone that had tried the shirt on? Oh well I got the shirt and will wash and hopefully the scent will be gone. But, I really love the color and fit,
