Low quality, seemingly knock-off Levi’s. They wouldn’t let me return because they were supposedly 70% 🤔 off. Also, they let me buy my own label and go through with the return (spending $8) to confirm once they got there that they were not returnable. Shouldn’t that have been flagged when I requested to return? Never again.

I was incredibly impressed with Water and Oak. The backpack that I ordered was delivered in just a few days. When I decided that I had ordered the wrong size and had to return the pack, the process was seamless. I called to make sure I understood how to send it back and the customer service was fantastic. I only wish there was a Water and Oak in Phoenix!
