Water+Oak Outdoor CompanyReviews of waterandoakoutdoor.com

Customer service was great! Curbside pick up was also quick and super easy.

I received my order quickly with no problems. The actual color was much darker than I expected, but I attribute that to the difference of computer screens. I would recommend this business and I would order from them again.

I just happened to find Water+Oak during the Christmas season when looking for a very specific set of gloves online. I was very impressed by the variety and quality as well as reasonable prices. Plus, in a season where so many things were lost or heavily delayed, I appreciated the text message updates about when we could expect the gloves. They were right on time and just what I wanted!

Fast delivery

Cameron was very helpful

Had exactly what I was looking for. Arrived so quickly, packaged nicely.

Above and beyond customer service! I placed an order before Christmas and forgot to choose expedited shipping. Sent an email and received one back that assured me my package would get here in time anyway...yep!... with days to spare, I was truly relieved! On the same order I accidentally ordered the wrong color of an item I planned as a gift. I emailed again to explain my problem (clearly I was in a rush to complete last min Christmas shopping and didn't pay enough attention), and the customer service person was once again very kind and was able to find the right colored item at another location and had it sent to me instead!!! I am so impressed with how attentive everyone was, even during with the holiday rush during a worldwide pandemic. I highly recommend, Water & Oak Outdoor Co. over the big retail outlets. Even though I shopped online from out of state, they treated my like I was a hometown regular shopper. Thank you and Hat's off to W&O Outdoor Co!!!

Great service
