WatchWarehouse.comReviews of watchwarehouse.com

Good prices. Fast shipping. Paul was very helpful. Watch was real nice.

I ordered a watch, it came brand new in the box, works perfectly. I took it to my local watch guy and he confirmed that it was all authentic and all good! Even he agreed I got a pretty good deal

The watch I purchased from them showed up fine but the battery was dead. They sold me 2nd day shipping with FedEx and it arrived 4 days late. I asked for a refund for the 2 day shipping and they would not respond to my requests.

I sent to them several emails and they never answered to me.. a colleague also tried to contact them even calling by phone and nothing!.. After reading all these bad reviews I can estimate that yes! maybe it's just a scam.. you cannot just ignore customers when they tries to purchase from you.. if I need more information before invest $5000 for one item I have the right to learn more about my purchase.. awful experience and very disrepectful people to deal with.. How can we know if the other reviews weren't purchased from an indian guru??.. No.. I'll never recommend this online shop to anyone! Be aware and take distance! Please!

The watch I bought stopped working after two times wearing, I was told to return the item as per warranty. I never received a notice they received the item and they do not answer their phones or Email unless they can see somewhere that you want to buy another watch disaster from them. I think they watches are damaged goods and this company is a scam. Buy from this company and you will lose your hard earned money. Dont disregard my advice!!!

Had to pay tax because their website is misleading while I could have shipped directly to US without any tax! After long argument they offered 50$ out of 87$ I had to pay, hence given given 3 starts only.

I know some people are concerned about authenticity of products sold here due to the huge discounts. I can verify that they are 100% genuine goods. I changed my mind on an order and emailed them for cancellation and a refund to store credit. They were swift in responding, and as a result I purchased another item twice the value of the original order. I've since received it via very quick international shipping. I will be making more purchases. Thank you, Paul.

Absolutely, highly recommend!!! Abby is the best, she was so helpful, knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I asked. When it was time to order, she made sure I had the information I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I received it on time. Thank You Abby!!!!
