Purchasing from Watch Warehouse was problem-free. The watch arrived (in Australia) earlier than I expected. The watch was boxed and well protected. They were very helpful via email with a few questions I had throughout. I would buy from them again.

Product was as described and shipping was very quick

The purchase met all of my expectations. I am very happy with the watch and the good value.

Excellent purchase from Watch Warehouse! Every step of the process was smooth, efficient and problem-free. Tracking and paperwork was meticulous and the watch was extremely well protected for shipping and sent out at near-light-speed! I am well pleased and will be back in future, as the need occasions itself. Thank you.

Thank you, received my purchase hassle free. Item is exactly as described. Fast and efficient service.

Watch Warehouse offered a very popular Swiss-made watch for the best price online -- better than Amazon, factory-authorized dealers, or even the watchmaker (Tissot) itself. I received excellent customer service, free two-day delivery, and because I live outside California, no sales tax. The watch is brand new, as advertised, and I couldn't be happier.

Kind of annoyed. Original Watch I ordered did not function, after waiting almost 2 weeks. New Watch I ordered, needs repair. Stopped working on me after 1 day.
