What a beautiful watch, thanks for choosing to purchase from Watch Warehouse!

I bought the Mido Sea Star and it arrived on time. The watch is working perfectly (less than one second ahead per day). Everything seems to be perfect, however (and this is the reason for the 3 stars), the watch and straps arrived completely tossed inside the box, with the cardboard rack ripped inside the box. Also, the pin holder of the Milanese strap was slightly twisted and one pin broken. My first reaction was to return the product, then I thought about asking to replace the Milanese. After cooling down, when I realized that the watch was working great and the strap was fixable with a pliers and new set of pins, that I bought in Amazon for less than $15, I decided to keep the watch, which now I love. In sum, I got a great watch, delivered fast. They would have deserved a 5 stars review, but, regretfully, their lack of care on packing brings my rating to only three stars.
