I received my watch as advertised. I had to call to check on the shipment due to a bad storm delaying deliveries, and they were very helpful. I would recommend them and will buy from them again.

This was my first time buying a luxury watch. The process was smooth. We were hit with a bad winter storm that delayed the shipping by a day. But, I was alerted about the delay and once everything thawed out it showed up the next day.

The watch I received was carefully protected in numerous ways, and was delivered with a signature required. It's all I hoped it would be. I am hoping that trading out the WW warranty for the manufactuerer's warranty is going to be a good decision on my part. The 4-star rating was due to the fact that WW asked me what my wrist size was, and I have no indication that they tried to make it a size 7. I had to spend $25 getting a jewelry store to remove four links. Why even ask me if you're not going to do it?
