Very smooth transaction
My Godson is graduating from high-school. We have decided to get him a Longines as a graduation gift. The choice of watches is excellent and the prices are better than any other site we looked at. The process of purchasing the watch was easy. Delivery was prompt.

Easy Ordering Terrible Communication and Shipping FedEx
Ordering was easy - package still hasn’t arrived and 2-3 day shipping was promised when ordered. FedEx updates are inaccurate and the package must be signed for (inaccurate updates are unacceptable in this situation)
Response from WatchWarehouse.comFeb 5, 2026
Hello, very sorry for the delay with your package. The national weather emergency with the storm across the US caused many Fedex hubs to become inoperable, packages were put behind by nearly a week with over 4,000 planes unable to depart. We're doing all that we can to get these packages to their final destinations but unfortuantely we have limited control over this situation. We're issuing another trace request with Fedex to hopefully get this package moving. If you continue to have issues please contact us. Thank you for choosing to do business with Watch Warehouse and very, very sorry for the delay.
