WatchRepair.netReviews of watchrepair.net

I am completely satisfied with both the quality and timeliness of WatchRepair.net's work. The speed and safety of their shipping process lends an additional layer of ease when mailing an expensive timepiece off for service. Efficient, professional, and skilled craftsmanship all at a reasonable price.

Sent both of my Rolex’s for maintenance and repair after nearly 10 years of nothing being done. The entire process of sending the first watch, getting an estimate, having it repaired, then returned to me in a manner that I could send the second watch for the same thing has now been completed. I cannot praise enough the service that i received. Both watches look as good as when they were new, and the staff at WatchRepair kept me completely informed through the entire process. This was compared to the last time (10 years ago) where sending the watches to Switzerland took almost 6 months, and the 1st watch would lose time first a minute or so each month and eventually 5 minutes each day.. Now the watch runs perfectly.! I give this company my complete endorsement, You can use them with compete confidence.

My 37 years old Rolex Oyster Perpetual was showing its age and perhaps some mistreatment. The excellent restoration job Watch Repair performed, gives me confidence for the next 37 years.

Many thanks for the beautiful job Jeff did on my Ball Hydrocarbon GMT. I am extremely pleased on the effort and turn around. After he did the wonderful job on my wife's Omega Seamaster last year I knew he was the man when my Ball GMT suddenly stopped working. I will always be a WatchRepair..net fan and enthusiastically recommend them for all of your watch service and needs.

I have a 22 year old Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust. The III hour had fallen off Jambing the minute and seconds hands and it was due for an overhaul. Nowhere in the Phoenix area was authorized to work on it and the local Rolex dealer in Scottsdale said they would have to send it to Germany and it would take at least 6 months. I found Watchrepair.net on line and after a few conversations with Jeff, the president I shipped it to them. They returned my watch very quickly and it looks and and runs beautifully now. They even have a very cool GPS system they use when returning the watch guaranteeing it won’t get lost. It’s a little unnerving shipping an expensive item to an unknown but I can verify there are no worries with Jeff and his team. Absolutely no hesitation recommending them.

Was optimistically cautious shipping my hubby's Breitling someplace other than the OEM (perfect strangers) but was I wrong. From the initial phone call, the arrival of the pelican shipping container, the communication concerning the repair and not trying to up-charge me, I was won over. Received the watch back in a decent amount of time and it looks great and runs as it should. Got a little nervous on the return shipment as their GPS tracker died about 7 hours out from delivery but was very pleased with the overall repair process. Will use again when/if needed.

The entire team at WatchRepair.net did a superb job from the beginning to the end on the overhaul and repair of my Rolex Ladies Oyster Perpetual Datejust watch! I was skeptical to send my Rolex off to strangers, but the online references/ testimonials gave me the push I needed, and I am so glad I did. They gave me an estimate on completion date and cost, and they were right on on both in the end. The shipping and insurance were perfect. I knew where my watch was at all times until it was returned to me. And they guarantee their work! Thank you to WatchRepair.net!
