I have used other authorized Omega watch repair companies in the past and I must say, none came even close to the the level that I received from Watch Repair.net. They are the best by far! Their communication and repair service is unparalleled. They are the only Omega service/repair I will ever consider to use in the future. Many thanks to Jeff Herman and his team.

I have been using Watch Repair/service my Breitling Cosmonaute for 15+ years. Turn around and cost or servicing is a fraction of what Breitling changes. ALWAYS received white glove service, without ever having a single issue. I have turned several of my friends onto Watch Repair and they have received the same exceptional experience.

After having my vintage Rolex Submariner serviced locally with damaging results I discovered WatchRepair.net online and after reading the very positive testimonials decided to give them a try. The mailing to and from is seamless and totally secure. Communications with Marc and Jeff were always prompt, professional and accurate. I received my watch recently and was astonished on It’s Like New appearance. Also, the accuracy of the time keeping is as good as when it was new 50yrs ago. Thanks WatchRepair.net for a job well done.

My Breitling Chronomat 44 GMT had stopped autowinding and was making a grinding noise as if the winding weight were loose or broken. Upon return, the watch is functioning perfectly and keeping excellent time. Turnaround was a little better than most at less than 2 months (a previous service took over 3 months) and it was also polished and detailed so that it looks new. I've very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Several months ago, I looked at my 32 year old Rolex Submariner and noticed that the Crystal was fogged up. What to do? I almost panicked. I found Watch Repair on the Internet and immediately called. It was a Sunday. First thing Monday, Jeff Hermen called me back. I explained my issue and he said, Whatever you decide to do, do it now. The sooner a tech. can get into the watch the better. Do not let it sit, That answer sold me. He had my watch the next day A few days later he called with with price quote for the repairs. I received the watch back 2 days ago and it is beautiful. They repaired the watch, completely rebuilt the band and the results are startling. Absolutely Beautiful. Anyone who has any reservations, give me a call at 706 284 1620. Scott Prescott
