I am in Australia and bought a ladies Seiko Solar, it arrived in a week everything else I have bought from the States usually takes at least 2 weeks to arrive. It is a beautiful watch and was almost $200 cheaper than I could find here, I highly recommend WatchCo and will definitely buy all my future watches from them.

Thanks, Brad! Glad we could accommodate you on that ladies' Bulova watch, and we appreciate all your business!

It has now been two months since I placed my order.I have tried calling the shipping company but am unable to get in contact with anyone regarding my order, so I have no idea where it is or how long it will be. I am unable to get a refund of my money and I feel like the watches are never going to arrive and I feel it is unfair that Watchco have the money received straight away and yet have no idea where my order is. Telling me they will arrive any day now is not good enough. I also do not feel that I should have to wait how ever many months until they arrive to refuse delivery on them before I get my money back. $300 is a significant amount of money to just not receive an item for. Further to your response below, I don't understand how you can say it is the first you are hearing off it when we have a trail of at least 15 emails between us. I still have not received the refund yet, nor the watches either. Once I have received the refund or the watches I will reconsider my review of your company.
Response from WatchCo.comMay 27, 2015
Hi Candice, I'm very sorry to hear about this! Since this is the first we are hearing that you never received your order after the 30 business days had passed, we immediately filed a claim with USPS and refunded your order in full. We understand that the $300 AUD is a lot of money, but if the watches ever do arrive, please keep them for free with our compliments. :) We were aware previously that you had not received the watches. What we wrote above was that this is the first we were hearing that you had not received them after the USPS-mandated 30 business day claim period had elapsed. I'm not sure why you have not received the refund yet, as we submitted it to you a few hours after we were made aware of your situation. You may send us an email to [email protected], and we can provide the transaction numbers there so you can contact your credit card company about it. Is there anything else we can do for you to help improve your experience with us? Just let us know so we can make it happen for you! :) Thanks again, Candice!!
