Hi, Daniel! I'm sorry you were confused on the shipping! You've probably already noticed by now that the free shipping option is advertised on our site for orders of $50 or more, which is why your band did not qualify. It usually takes seven-to-10 business days, which are 10-to-14 regular days depending on the time it takes to clear customs. So you should be getting it very soon! Thanks, again!!
