Hi Shiraz, I am very sorry for your confusion on your order. Upon further investigation, I could not find any emails from the email address you listed on your account. What email address were you emailing from, and what email were you sending them to? Can you forward them so we can see? I am sorry for the hassle. We would NEVER disregard emails at all, but we do strive to ship out all orders as fast as we can to get you the items you order. We do not want you to feel disappointed and cheated, so we are happy to let you keep the watch and refund the order in full if you'd like--just let us know. We are actually not a large company. We have three full-time employees and three part-time employees that are responsible for running our web site.
