Great small town feel credit union

I think your employees need to be trained better, I have to different accounts and I go in to your branches and the workers there don't know what to do with two different accounts. They tell me I don't have to make a payment at this time, but I really do, and on your statements it never gives the right amount of payment that is required? It is super frustrating that no one knows what to do! I have had to call the loan officer to try and figure it out.

I have had my account for years. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this credit union for all financial needs as the service is excellent.

Fantastic credit union to work with

The products available are satisfactory for a credit union but the employees are obviously not held accountable for their poor customer service skills. We have been with them for years along with being Wells Fargo customers. Every Wells Fargo's employee has always been friendly and courteous. Wasatch Peaks employees are the complete opposite. From the tellers to the loan officers they act like they are you a favor for allowing you to be a customer. Being a former grocery Customer Service Manager I have spoken to the Branch Manager to give her a heads up and there been no change.

I love Lisa at the 12th n Washington branch. She has been amazing to help me with my needs. I will always go to her first thing with whatever I need. Thank you for your excellent service!
